Apartment Jasmine Information
This spacious south-facing two-bedroom apartment which
has the sun all day and also has direct access to the beautiful flat naturist
beach at Vera Playa is available to
rent at a competitive price. The
apartment is situated on the ground floor in the beachfront urbanizacion of Vera
Natura, which has two swimming pools - a huge outdoor pool with Jacuzzi
and a heated indoor pool, which is especially popular in the autumn, winter and
spring. There are various games facilities including a table tennis table in
the meeting room. The site also has a very large Consum supermarket and many
restaurants within 5 mininutes walking distance. No Smoking in the apartment.
Vera Natura is a naturist complex so can chose to live a naturist
lifestyle, the only area where nudity is enforced though is in both the indoor
and outdoor pools which are naturist at all times. Vera Natura
has the most beautiful internal communal gardens of any complex at Vera Playa and our Apartment Jasmine also has its own private garden for sunbathing as
well as a patio/terrace for sitting and dining. The apartment is located
towards the centre of the urbanizacion, in a quiet area, with a very pleasant
outlook over gardens and a long colonnade.
The whole of the Vera Natura urbanizacion
is pedestrianised so there is no traffic anywhere around the apartment. Parking
is outside the urbanizacion, though there are a limited number of covered
private spaces within the complex, which can be rented on a weekly basis
(subject to availability). Airport transfers are also available on request.
Facilities:
Two spacious bedrooms - one double & one twin bedded
both with built-in wardrobes for storage and mosquito screens to all windows
plus fans to keep you cool in summer and heaters in all rooms to keep you warm
in the winter months.
There is a kitchen area with new four-ring ceramic hob, microwave with
convection oven with grill, fridge with freezer compartment and automatic
washing machine. The apartment has a full range of crockery, glasses and
kitchen equipment such as electric kettle, toaster, George Forman grill, there
is also a granite breakfast bar and stools.
The fully furnished comfortable living / dining room has a sofa, sideboard, TV
with Sky Free View , DVD player and micro hi-fi with CD, cassette and radio, a
range of DVD’s, CD’s and Books are also available, there is also a dining table
with chairs.
The luxurious bathroom has a large circular bath with shower above and
washbasin and toilet, it also has a hair dryer and first aid kit.
Outside: Garden furniture – table with 4 chairs and cushions and an umbrella
for outside dining, there are adjustable sun beds with cushions for use in the
private garden. A beach umbrella is also provided.
Floor standing electric fans in each bedroom and the living room help keep you
cool in the summer whilst the mosquito / fly screens fitted on all windows and
doors keeps you safe from bites. There are also heaters provided for winter
use.
All bed linen, hand and bath towels for each person are provided and changed
weekly. The apartment is cleaned before your arrival and after your departure.
A broom, mop and other cleaning equipment are provided so you can keep it clean
and tidy during your stay.
Our caretakers meet guests on arrival at the main
entrance and take them to the apartment and explain where everything is etc and
hand over the keys and if there are any problems during your stay they are just
a phone call away.
The 2-mile naturist beach in front of the apartments has
beach bars and restaurants for those al fresco meals or a long cool drink watch
the sun go down. Live music is also available sometimes in the beach bars in
the evenings.
Vera Playa in
Winter: Vera Playa is surprisingly warm during the winter months of November through
to February with daytime temperatures rarely going below 20° C and it is warm
enough to sunbathe most days, the nights can be cooler and to offset this we
provide heaters in all rooms during this period, in winter it is important that
you rent a south facing apartment such as ours to ensure you can take full
advantage of the weather. This period is also a great time to investigate the
surrounding area whilst it is uncrowded. This together with very low rental
rates makes this a great time to visit Vera Playa.
Airport
Transfers: Our caretakers would be very
happy to collect you at your arrival airport and take you directly to the
apartment; payment would be directly to them on the day, please ask for current
rates and sit back and relax without the stress of driving.

Prices shown are for the apartment for
one week (7 nights) - not per person A deposit of £100 is payable with
booking and the full rental cost of the apartment is due 8 weeks before arrival. The £100 deposit will be returned within
28 days of departure should everything be in order. To enable our caretakers to be on hand
to meet you and also see you off we have to make a charge for Late arrivals &
Early departures: The supplementary charge will be £10
for
arrivals after 2200 hrs and departures before 0800 hrs. If a late
arrival or early departure
results from flight rescheduling or a late flight we will deduct this
from the deposit refund.

Apartment Jasmine has had a
winter make over with a new washing machine, two door fridge freezer and new
lights,
walls have also been painted and
its now all ready for 2010 bookings which are now being taken.
The new road between Vera Natura
and
Down there much easier.
